January 15 2010		  

** Membership Fee up to £20 pa, attendance charge (£2) remains the same.

** Members Nights seem popular, as are hardware nights.

** We are looking to produce a school play DVD in the Spalding area this year (2010), please contact us if your school is running a play this year and would like the Club to produce a DVD for parents and children.

** First hardware night (mostly lighting) February 19!

** Wayne is producing the minutes of the meeting and has also assumed the role of Secretary, thank you Wayne.

** Possible outdoor shoots this year - some retained from last year.

  • Butterfly Park (Summer)
  • Tallington Lakes
  • Spalding Power Station
  • Nene Valley Railway

**Possible outings this year: Granada Studios. Wayne will look at this or another excursion.

** Arron and Wayne are going to get some exposure for the club on youbook and facetube... New members welcome.

** Tony and Simon are going to sort out the Cinemas project, this may result in a guest speaker (?).

** Below is an outline of our programme for the year. We hope to add one outdoor shoot (not a club night) and a 'school play' type DVD and we may also arrange an outing as detailed above.

Lighting night at Spalding Camcorder Club		  

Vicky, our model for lighting nightHardware night. Fluorescent and tungsten lighting, a few backgrounds and an evening of shadow and light. Bring your camera as we have booked a model for the night.

Update - A very successful evening, with plenty of cameras running, looking forward to seeing some clips at our next meeting. Thanks to our model Vicky. :-)
